Shuiqing Liu, M.H.S., joined Statistics Collaborative, Inc. (SCI) in 2017. She is a member of the Society for Clinical Trials.

At SCI, Ms. Liu has worked with clinical trials in a range of disease areas, including breast cancer, glioblastoma, melanoma, systemic lupus erythematosus, lupus nephritis, cardiovascular disease, and type 2 diabetes. As a biostatistician, she programs datasets, performs statistical analyses, generates graphs, tables, and listings, and validates program code.

Prior to joining SCI, Ms. Liu served as a research assistant for the Department of Epidemiology at the Johns Hopkins University. In this position, she worked on systematic reviews and meta-analysis projects evaluating treatments for diabetes and atrial fibrillation. She also worked for the Cochrane Eyes and Vision Group on projects related to treatments for glaucoma. She was a teaching assistant for the graduate level course sequence Statistical Methods in Public Health I-III.

Ms. Liu received her M.B.B.S. in Preventive Medicine from Peking University (2014) and her M.H.S. in Epidemiology (concentration in Clinical Epidemiology) from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (2016).
